Meditate

  • What should I wear? Please wear clothes that allow you to sit comfortably.

  • Are there different class levels? All our classes are designed for all levels & backgrounds.

  • Do I need to bring anything? Unless noted, you do not have to bring anything. We provide meditation cushions & rugs for your comfort.

  • What if I am running late? We ask you to please respect your fellow meditators & plan to arrive on time so as not to interrupt the class.

  • Can I bring my kids to class? Of course! All kids over the age of 10 are welcome, as long as they can stay still!

  • Do you offer private or corporate sessions? Yes, we can bring mindfulness to you. Please contact us for more details.

  • Can I volunteer? Of course! To learn more about volunteering please email us.

 

Retreat

  • Are there different class levels? All our classes are designed for all levels & backgrounds.

  • Do I have to participate in all activities? You are not required to participate to any of the activities planned.

  • How big are the groups? Typically our retreats average between 8-12 attendees. Smaller groups allows us to offer more personal attention and ensuring everyone feels supported.

  • What is included? We cover accommodations, transportation from and to the airport, wellness activities, some meals. Please refer to each retreat's page for additional information.

  • What is not included in the price? Airfare, travel insurance, meals not on the itinerary, personal expenses.

  • What does a typical day look like? Sample daily schedule: 8am Coffee, Tea and Snacks, 8:30am Yoga/Meditation, 10am Breakfast, 11am Free Time/Excursions/Beach/Massage, 1:30pm Lunch, 3pm Free Time/Excursions/Beach/Massage, 6pm Yoga/Meditation, 8pm Dinner

  •  Is there any meat? We solely offer vegetarian / vegan meals on our retreats.

  • Is there alcohol? We respectfully ask you not to bring or consume alcohol on the premises.

  • Are mobile phones allowed? Going on a yoga retreat is a great opportunity to slow down and unplug, hence we encourage you to limit the use of your mobile device throughout the retreat. If you need to use your phone, please do so in the privacy of your room.

  • What is your payment policy? 50% deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to the retreat. Payment plans available. There will be a $150 fee for late payments.

  • What is your cancellation policy? We only accept cancellations in writing. All payments are non-refundable; full refund available only if cancellation takes place within 10 days of booking and 70 days prior to retreat date. 

  • Will I need travel insurance? Travel insurance is mandatory for all international destinations.
